Always a super busy cafe but worth it! I love most of the menu and especially the lotus biscoff rocky road. They have some shelved home items for sale as well like milk, hummus, and more. Also has hand made items like candles, prints, and earrings.

I love everything about this cafe, the vibes, service food, everything is simple, yet elegant and spot on, delicious and fresh ingredients, prices are reasonable. The team are smiling and welcoming all the time. Visited few times for breakfast and never been disappointed. Very recommended especially during a morning ride, for a well deserved break ;)

This is a brilliant cafe for hoomans and dogos. The sandwhichs are massive but so tasty. The cakes are really sweet but really good. They welcome all furry friends The staff are dead canny and I really mean that. I feel like ive known them for years. They can keep up with busy times Great opening times too- open till 6pm! Wondeful friendly refreshing atmosphere I like the shop and the artwork around, i need to buy some of the items there- espicslly the north east merch.

Great little cafe on the banks of the river tyne just of the teams. Relaxed atmosphere and a nice vibe about the place. Food was good and hot when arrived. Pricy for a tin of pop 2.50 but doesn't stop me for giving it 5 stars. Plus if you have a dog its dog friendly

As a local regular I was excited to hear about a new evening special - they often try new ones on Friday and Saturday nights. Their Steak night on Saturday was fantastic! The cut of steak was lean and full of flavour, cooked just as I asked for it. It came with all the trimmings. Great value for money when considering the quality of the meal, coupled with the lovely candlelit ambience and the friendly and attentive service. Will definitely be back for your next one. Well done! (no pun intended)

Food and drinks here have always been lovely. Food is served quickly and with precision too. The staff are attentive and just wonderful. Dog friendly and great view, what more can u ask for The only tiny downside here is the parking, especially on the weekends. So try to avoid peak hours if u can.

The Staiths Cafe is beautifully located right on the Gateshead waterfront, offering a cosy atmosphere and lovely views of the Tyne from its outdoor terrace. The coffee here is excellent, made with a La Marzocco machine and tailored to your preferred temperature; a real treat for coffee lovers. If you are a fan of sweet treats, their lobster tail sweets are a nostalgic delight and, at just 1, the cheapest I have seen anywhere. The cafe used to serve an incredible pistachio brownie, which, sadly, is no longer available. Be prepared for a bit of a wait on your coffee, as the place can feel understaffed considering its size. Still, the location, ambience, and quality coffee make it worth a visit.
